Directions.

MAC Park is conveniently located off of the NYS Thruway I-87. Take exit 19, enter the traffic circle and take your first exit onto Route 28 West. Follow the exit for Route 209 North Towards the Rhinecliff Bridge until you see the sign for Kingston, Route 9W South. Follow Route 9W South. MAC Park will be on your right, in the MAC Fitness complex.
